Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Avante Visibility ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit avantevisibility.com (the "Site") or engage our services (the "Services"). By using the Site or the Services you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you book a call, request an audit, fill out a contact form, run the AI Visibility Score tool, or correspond with us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, and related context about your business. When you purchase a service via our payment processor, we collect your billing details through that processor — we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we and our service providers may collect device, browser, IP address, referrer URL, page-view, and interaction data via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. We use this data to measure traffic, diagnose issues, and improve the Site.
Information from third-party tools. We use third-party services (listed in Section 4) that may collect additional information directly from your device per their own policies.
2. How we use information
- To provide, fulfill, and deliver the Services you request
- To respond to inquiries and communicate about your engagement
- To process payments and prevent fraud
- To measure and improve the Site, the Services, and our marketing
- To send transactional emails (e.g., booking confirmations, audit deliverables) and, where you opt in, marketing emails
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering the Services you request), legitimate interests (improving the Site, fraud prevention, analytics), consent (where required, e.g., non-essential cookies and marketing emails), and legal obligation. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Service providers and third parties
We share information only with vendors that help us operate the Site and the Services. Current providers include:
- Vercel — site hosting and edge delivery
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email
- Google Analytics 4 — site analytics (property G-PLMWGDDQ0N)
- Google Search Console — search performance
- Sentry — error monitoring
- Tawk.to — live chat
- Cal.com — meeting scheduling
- Anthropic — AI Visibility Score generation (your business URL is sent to Anthropic's API to produce the score; no personal contact information is included unless you supply it in the URL)
We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect rights, property, and safety.
5. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, live-chat functionality, and basic site features. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may degrade some Site functionality.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; or to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws). To exercise any of these rights, email jolyn@avantevisibility.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
To opt out of marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Audit deliverables and supporting evidence are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable archival period thereafter; analytics data is retained per the configuration of the relevant tool.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site and the Services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, by additional notice on the Site.
